Without your express consent, the Data Controller may disclose your data for the purposes set out in Article 2.A) to Supervisory Bodies, Judicial Authorities, and all other subjects to whom disclosure is mandatory by law for the accomplishment of said purposes. Your data will not be disclosed publicly.

  1. Data Transfer

The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union belonging to the Data Controller and/or third-party companies appointed and duly designated as Data Processors. Currently, our servers are located in Italy. Data will not be transferred outside the European Union. However, should the need arise, the Data Controller reserves the right to relocate servers within Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that any data transfer outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions by entering into agreements guaranteeing an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.
