Made from weather-resistant Reflex material, it retains its mechanical properties over time. The MODULAR version allows for extension to protect corners, offering complete safety coverage in critical areas.

Available in various standard lengths, the profile comes with concealed fastening accessories for a clean and secure installation. A chemical anchor, required for mounting, is available upon request.

GR 150 MODULAR

The S version is more compact but equally resistant. It has been designed for loading bays where space is more limited.

DOOR PEDESTRIAN 150 SAFE WAY

DP 150 SAFE WAY

Pedestrian crossings in high-traffic areas can pose a very dangerous situation. It is precisely to address this issue that at MPM, we have developed the Door Pedestrian 150 Safe Way, our innovative pedestrian crossing gate equipped with a sensor and automatic closure.

The Safe Way system is highly intuitive and equally effective. Thanks to the adjustable wall-mounted sensor, our DP 150 Safe Way can detect approaching vehicular traffic and, in the presence of a detected danger, automatically close the gate until the vehicle is stationary or moves away from the door. The DP 150 Safe Way is equipped with a practical light signal that indicates the closing status of the door: the green light signals that the gate is unlocked, while the red light indicates the mechanical lock and therefore the presence of an approaching vehicle.

In the event that a dangerous vehicle is detected, the sensor will be able to recognize it. In such a situation, the electric lock will automatically block, preventing the gate from opening until the vehicle is no longer a threat. The sensor, highly advanced and sensitive, can distinguish between pedestrians and vehicles to avoid unintentional closures.

The Safe Way sensor is adjustable at will to allow the detection of vehicular traffic in desired areas and is directly connected to the electrical system of your warehouse. The entire Safe Way apparatus is already correctly installed in the door leaf of the Door Pedestrian.

Bumper Profile for Walls at Support Points or Frequent Friction. Design with Double Arch and Wide Protection Surface: 300 mm Height. Easy to Install and Clean.

The double arch design ensures a broad impact base for vehicles and heavy loads. Fixing the Bflex profile directly onto the wall ensures maximum protection along the entire installation length.

SOFT BOLLARD

Soft Bollard

Soft Bollard is our flexible bollard with high-visibility reflective strips.

Ideal for marking outdoor areas or for temporary traffic direction. We recommend its use in outdoor facilities, thoroughfares and car parks.

In the event of accidental collisions, it does not cause damage to vehicles due to its lightweight construction.

Despite this, it is incredibly resistant, being able to fully recover from the deformation suffered in the collision.

VISIBOARD

Visiboard is our new signaling cap. It is an accessory that can be integrated into the MPM range of guards, even those already installed.

The universal signage in the cap provides clear and intuitive messages to personnel and drivers of vehicles: conduct, hazard, directional or general safety warnings.

It is recommended for installation in areas of high vehicle and pedestrian traffic.

Can be swiveled 360 degrees, in 45 degree steps, on any MPM compatible platform.

SOFT HUG

SOFT HUG is our new column protection.

Soft, aesthetic and easy to install. The protection is designed to wrap around the entire column and supporting structures of buildings and industrial plants.

Thanks to its padding, it cushions impacts without causing harm to pedestrians. It comes in a high-visibility color to make it immediately recognizable even from a distance.

Different sizes are available to suit the column to be protected.

It does not require fastenings thanks to the velcro closure.

It is not suitable for absorbing heavy shocks and impacts.

PED 90 GROUND LEVEL REINFORCED

Ped 90 pedestrian barrier with additional ground level reinforcement to protect against lower fork impacts.

The high-visibility, scratch-resistant color of Pedestrian 90 Ground Level Reinforced makes it easy to identify pedestrian areas while limiting the risk of collision, and maintaining its distinctive design.

The height of the ground level reinforced element is designed for optimal pedestrian protection. Since it is completely attached to the pavement, it does not allow forks to pass through.

Shockproof protection system installed nearby loading doors. It prevents the staff from falling in case of open and unattended loading bays. This protection is light weighted, easy to lift and equipped with a joint system to guarantee a safe opening of the barrier. It’s space saving and adjustable to all loading areas until 3m. ROD 70

Light traffic bollard. Also suited for low temperatures. Ideal for areas used by hand trucks. Perfectly rounded design with cap in anti-shock material. Fixing accessories are included and totally hidden, making the protective bollard suitable for hygienic environments. Chemical anchor necessary and available on request. The fixing is removable, with the possibility of replacing the protection without changing position.
